Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine with OB
Overview Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine with OB (surgical) physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services. Onsite specialties: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Sleep Medicine, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Rheumatology, Urology, and more. Onsite services: Rehab services, counseling, audiology, diabetic education, pharmacy, medication therapy management, lab, x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, infusion therapy, and bone densitometry. Practice Details: 17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians. Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day. 34 patient contact hours per week. Call Frequency: 5-6 times a month Opportunities for physicians to perform procedures including c-sections. Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). H1B Visa accepted. Income Details: Resident stipend, Medical School loan forgiveness, sign-on bonus and relocation available. Responsibilities Job Description M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton is located approximately 60 minutes from Minneapolis and 30 minutes from St Cloud, MN. We are situated on the same campus as M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program. Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association. Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure. Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
