Overview JOB SPECIFICS: Established practice seeks a Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Internal Medicine physician experienced or interested in population health to join our dedicated primary care team to serve a growing community and patient base The team consists of 2 Physicians, 1 APP and support staff Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with one evening per week 10 am-7pm and one half Saturday a month Call is 1:15 with After-Hours Triage Call Service taking first call No inpatient responsibilities EPIC EMR THE PERKS: Generous paid time off from Day One! Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state. Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage. Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
