Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician or Family Medicine Physician for a role in Madras, OR. Will provide comprehensive health care, including preventive services, acute and chronic disease management, diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Provide primary care including episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adult patients. + Conduct histories and physical examinations and prescribe medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards. + Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed. + Evaluate the effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients. + Maintain medical records. REQUIREMENTS: + BE/BC Family Medicine provider (MD/DO) + 2 years minimum experience + Any State License + Current DEA Certificate JOB DETAILS: + 1 year, potential to extend for a 2nd year + 40 hours + Patient Load 10-15 Daily + Outpatient
