Job Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: Tecumseh, Nebraska

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Compensation: $140 – $158 per hour (based on experience)

Benefits: Malpractice insurance covered

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team in Tecumseh, Nebraska. This unique opportunity involves providing comprehensive medical care to inmates, with a focus on case management. The position offers a low patient volume and a full support staff to assist with daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary care services to inmates, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. Manage inmate case files and ensure accurate documentation of medical records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Conduct routine health assessments and screenings. Address acute and chronic medical conditions. Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and legal standards.

Qualifications:

Medical degree from an accredited institution. Valid medical license to practice in Nebraska. Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field. Strong clinical skills and experience in primary care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
