Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian Family Medicine Physician at the Northeast Wisconsin Ambulatory Clinic locations; locations: Appleton CBOC, 10 Tri-Park Way, Appleton, WI 54914; Cleveland CBOC, 1205 North Avenue, Cleveland, WI 53015; and the Green Bay Health Care Center (HCC), 2851 University Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54311.
Position Details:

Outpatient environment where the focus is on patient care, not administrative responsibilities.Employee status with a full complement of benefits. Opportunity to give back & care for our Nation's heroes | Compliant and appreciative patient population.Provide history, physical examination, diagnosis, and initiation of medical treatment. Initiate and facilitate treatment and transfer in emergency situations.Follow-up office visits for existing medical problems with appropriate diagnostic tests and medication adjustments.Referral of patients as needed to appropriate VA specialists/services or other appropriate health care services.Document assessments and plan of care for each patient in accordance with policies and procedures.Act as a consultant in clinical practice.Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure continuity of patient care.Collaborate and act as a patient advocate.Maintain knowledge of new and current clinical methods.Physician shall be available to accept patient results to be communicated via phone after hours by the lab.Approximetely 10 patients each 8 hour shift.One year task order.
Job Requirements:
Board Certification in Intneral Medicine or Family MedicineActive license from any state2-years of experience DEA registration & BLS certification U.S. citizen or permanent resident
