Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician, (BC/BE) inInternal Medicine or Family Medicine for a role in Park Forest, IL. Will provide preventative medical care for adults. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Provide primary care including episodic, preventive, andacute health care to Adult patients + Conducts histories and physical examinations andprescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards. + Develops treatment plans and educates and advises onmedical issues as needed. REQUIREMENTS: + BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provider(MD/DO) + 2 years minimum experience + ValidIL License + Current DEA Certificate HOURS: + Full Time M-F (8AM - 5:00PM) + No call or weekends required + Start Date: ASAP + Credentialing Estimate: 1 month
