Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician, (BC/BE) inInternal Medicine or Family Medicine for a role in Park Forest, IL.  Will provide preventative medical care for adults. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide primary care including episodic, preventive, andacute health care to Adult patients Conducts histories and physical examinations andprescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards. Develops treatment plans and educates and advises onmedical issues as needed.

 REQUIREMENTS:

BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provider(MD/DO)   2 years minimum experience ValidIL License Current DEA Certificate

 HOURS:

Full Time M-F (8AM – 5:00PM) No call or weekends required Start Date: ASAP Credentialing Estimate: 1 month
