This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys performing daily patient care, has a passion for working with the senior community **Requirements:** + Extensive triage experience + IV experience + At least 5 years of medical experience with RN license + Geriatric – ideal but not required, hospital center – must be interested at least interested in geriatrics. + Must have Triage, understanding of same day, provide, nurse visit. Patients follow ups, education around care. + In-person assessment from nurse vs provider. + Primary Care required **Shift:** + Monday - Friday + 8am-5pm **Benefits:** + $70-$80k + Great Benefits!
