Responsibilities: + Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups. + Develop personalized treatment plans that inspire growth and healing. + Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic care. + Empower clients through active listening, empathy, and guidance. Requirements: + Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field preferred. + Two years of work experience in mental health field. + Licensure and/or (Intern License) to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, preferred, required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor and/or Certified Addiction Professional. + CPR Training Skills/Abilities: + Demonstrates Proficiency in Communication + Knowledge of State & Federal statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality Laws + Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies + Knowledge of Workplace Violence + Knowledge of Corporate Integrity and Ethics Monday-Friday Pay will be based on experience Olsten Staffing has been matching great candidates with great opportunities for over 60 years!
