Our team will help provide professional engineering services to the government portfolio managers during the initiation, planning, and execution, monitoring, and close out phases on numerous complex engineering projects supporting CNO and similar organizations. Responsibilities: + Provide dynamic and effective technical leadership. + Analyze user requirements, CONOPS, high level system architecture to develop system requirements and specifications. + Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. + Develop technical documentation and incorporate new plans, designs, and systems. + Develop robust system architecture and guide system development. + Interacts with government customers while being responsible for technical integrity. + Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
