Overview
The Capital Introduction team is involved in every stage of the hedge fund lifecycle, working with both start-ups and established funds acting as a value add resource to the Firm's Prime Brokerage Clients. The Capital Introduction team is responsible for consulting with hedge fund clients on their market positioning and overall fundraising strategy. In addition to hedge funds, the Capital Introduction team has the unique responsibility of managing relationships with the world’s leading institutional investors. We interface with self-directed hedge fund investors including pensions, foundations, endowments, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and the advisors/intermediaries who work with these groups. These formative investor relationships allow us to introduce our hedge fund clients to differentiated pools of capital throughout their fundraising process.
The Capital Introduction team sits within TD Securities' US Prime Services business, which provides financing, securities lending, and other services (e.g., securities clearance and settlement, asset servicing reporting and technology, risk management tools) to hedge fund clients. The team is based in NYC and this position is full time in, the New York office.
The TDS Capital Introduction Team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to help support the daily operations of the Capital Introduction Team. This individual must be polished, enthusiastic and possesses strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Flexibility, initiative and a drive to succeed are essential qualities for the position. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary

The Analyst Sales and Trading ensures that all required counterparty details and trade control codes are captured to facilitate downstream operations and regulatory reporting processes accurately and efficiently.
