**Primary Purpose**
Exelon’s EAM Transformation program will focus on modernizing our work, asset, and supply management capabilities in order to enhance the way we serve our customers and improve our employee experience. As part of that, we will be replacing our current Asset Suite (AS8) platform with a reliable, scalable, and adaptable industry leading solution. An integral component of this effort is ensuring users understand the changes that are coming and they are supported through their change journey. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Change Management Practitioner to support organizational transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving successful change adoption by developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies and deliverables.
This role involves working closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to analyze impacts, engage stakeholders, and ensure seamless transitions for employees. The role of the Change Management Process Area Lead will be to effectively support the framework used to proactively plan and manage the steps that need to occur to ensure the business impacted by the upcoming changes will be ready. This position is responsible for contributing to and supporting the design and implementation of change deliverables for their respective process area in support of change plans, communications and stakeholder engagement, feedback management and all aspects of training.
*Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies (storm duty rotation).
**Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).**

**Primary Duties**
+ Communications Delivery & Management: Manages and supports process area OCM activities including reviewing relevant communications and representing EAM at Deep Dive Sessions and other meetings. Supports Change Networks by vetting content and representing EAM to present process area specific content at Change Network Meetings. Reviews and provides feedback on process area specific deliverables, ensures deliverable quality, and approves process area OCM deliverables (40%)
+ Project Workstream Management (Scope, Schedule & Risk Management): Responsible for day to day activities and priorities of the respective process area OCM team. Contributes to team child workplan and manages progress in alignment with program milestones. (15%)
+ Training Management and Support: Reviews and approves process area specific training material deliverables and training materials. Vets and contributes to the process of identifying training populations. Contributes to end user training program and logistics design. May potentially serve as a Trainer. (30%)
+ Workstream Stakeholder Management: Leads team meetings. Key point of contact for Process Leads for respective process area OCM activities. (15%)
**Job Scope**
Develop Change Management Strategy:
+ Create and implement a structured approach to managing change to ensure successful adoption and minimize resistance.
+ Tailor strategies to align with organizational goals and project objectives.
Conduct Stakeholder Analysis:
+ Identify key stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
+ Assess stakeholder needs, influence, and potential resistance to guide engagement planning.
Perform Change Impact Analysis:
+ Evaluate the scope and scale of change impacts on processes, systems, roles, and organizational structures.
+ Provide actionable insights to mitigate negative impacts and leverage opportunities.
Design and Execute Stakeholder Communication and Engagement Plan:
+ Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and foster awareness.
+ Collaborate with leaders and project teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
Develop Communication and Engagement Materials:
+ Craft compelling materials, including presentations, emails, newsletters, and other content to support communication initiatives.
+ Ensure all materials are audience-appropriate and aligned with project objectives.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis and Development:
+ Assess training needs to address skill gaps and prepare employees for new processes and systems.
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver effective training programs.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the process area being supported or in lieu of Bachelor's degree, 9+ years of relevant experience.
+ 7-10 years' experience in Change Management or Communications associated with small to moderately sized change initiatives or part of a large team on a large project.
+ Experience/knowledge of Organizational Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
+ Exceptional communication skills, able to express messages in different ways to facilitate a better understanding. Able to simplify the complex, making it easy for people to understand the changes, what they need to do, and how to succeed.
+ Excellent active listening skills, adapts communications style as needed to best suit the audience and situation. Agile, with a learning mindset.
+ Strong partnering and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and systemically and achieve results collaborating across organizational boundaries.
+ Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast, complex, and changing environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
+ Organizational Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, AMCP)
+ Problem solving and analytical skills
+ Project management skills (PMP certification a plus)
+ Leadership Development certification (e.g., HPT, MBTI, CQ)
+ Experience leading business/IT training design, development, and delivery for complex IT projects and audiences of varying levels and business functions.
+ PROSCI Certification
**Benefits**
+ Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors:USD $108,000.00/Yr. - USD $162,000.00/Yr.
