The Defense Systems (DS) Sector Human Resources organization is seeking an Early Career Advisor to join the Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Team. The Early Career Advisor role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Development and as part of focusing on developing and nurturing early career talent, this role will assist in building a pipeline of skilled and motivated employees who are aligned with the organization's goals and culture. This role will be located in McLean, VA or Falls Church, VA.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the program manager of all sector efforts related to early career development programs including Pathways development program and Intern programCollaborate with sector counterparts to develop and deliver professional training and development framework and curriculum for all early career talent across the enterpriseDesign, develop and implement annual early career programs strategy based on formal feedback from program participants and managers and sector business goalsSupport and guide early career talent associated with rotational assignments and relocation for employees in rotational programsAct as advisor to rotational employees to individually assist with networking, identifying opportunities, and fielding questions and concernsBasic Qualifications for Principal Early Career Advisor
Bachelors degree and 5 plus years of experience or Masters degree and 3 plus years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Learning, or a related field. An additional 4 years of relevant experience is required in lieu of a degree.Minimum 3 years project management experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in building and delivering talent development programs, with disciplinary expertise and experience in at least 2 of the following areas: change management, adult learning, instructional design, or organizational development.Demonstrated experience creating PowerPoint presentations, professional resources, and tools for executive level stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications for Principal Early Career Advisor
Master’s Degree in Adult Education, Instructional Systems Design, or a related fieldCertification in change management, project management, consulting, coaching, or agile methodologyBasic Qualifications for Senior Principal Early Career Advisor

Master’s Degree in Adult Education, Instructional Systems Design, or a related fieldCertification in change management, project management, consulting, coaching, or agile methodologySalary Range: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00Salary Range 2: $113,500.00 - $170,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
