Primary Role Leads fraud investigations, which involves employee interviews, analysis of evidence, writing reports, and reporting findings to senior management. Supports annual Code of Ethics training for all employees, which involves nuanced understanding of the business, compliance priorities, and effective training techniques.  Conduct training virtually and in-person on compliance priorities.  Support annual conflict of interest disclosure process, which involves crafting questionnaire for all employees to solicit meaningful and relevant responses on potential conflicts.  Support management and analysis of the conflict of interest data to guide the compliance response.  Lead review and response to companywide credit card. Respond to employee policy/procedure questions. Proactively identifies opportunities for remediation or training.  Develops strong relationships with Human Resources and the business to develop solutions and efficiencies, to collaborate and share best practices, and to escalate issues appropriately.  Demonstrate company values through collaboration and partnership. Manage complex issues, competing priorities, and differing stakeholders in a fast-moving environment. Positive attitude.
  Key Accountabilities Ensures timely response to allegations of violations of Code of Ethics, Company policy and/or law/regulation. Proficiency in Microsoft systems, like PowerPoint and Excel. Communicates effectively orally and in writing.  Ability to identify key facts and problem solve. Strong teamwork and work ethic. Ability to handle difficult situations with composure, patience, and attention to detail.   
  Knowledge/Skills Strong conflict resolution/mediation skills. Strong verbal and written communications skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information and communicate with all levels of management. Ability to interact effectively with employees Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and work independently in day to day functional needs. Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions. Demonstrated application of judgment based on experience and knowledge Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications. Ability to proactively engage with the team and business on necessary data and business critical deadlines. Possess "Whatever it takes" approach; sense of urgency, professional maturity & positive attitude. Displays agility; is comfortable working independently or in groups, pop-up teams. Effective collaboration within the function and across the business. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with excellent usage of grammar, spelling and punctuation. Detail oriented to conduct thorough analysis and evaluations. Ability to quickly assess employment situations and determine proper course of action. Excellent planning, organizing and coaching skills. Ability to complete a thorough investigation, including assessment, planning, interview and report. Ability to make business and disciplinary recommendations using human resources and business experience. Ability to present business recommendations to Leadership team and navigate challenges associated with implementing recommendations, including coaching on best practices, to ensure HR compliance. Must communicate effectively and credibly to individuals at all levels, and large groups. Must have the ability to deal with highly confidential information. 
  Experience/Education 5+ years of experience of professional experience required. Legal,  investigation, or project management experience preferred.  Bachelor’s Degree is required. Advanced degree in a law or a related field is preferred.
  Certifications & Licenses

Law, accounting, or HR licenses or certificates highly valuable.

Indoor office environment.
 

Travel Requirements

Up to 20% travel may be required.
