Collaborating with marketing and product, you’ll uncover what attracts prospects to Qualtrics and converts them into customers. How You’ll Find Success

\n\nAcquire and blend campaign member/cohort data from multiple sources (e.g. third-party data source, Marketo, Google Analytics, etc)\nPartner with channel owners to optimize digital marketing campaigns/channels, conducting deep analyses to understand what’s working, what’s not, and why and drive future strategy.\nPursues excellence with a tenacity for optimizing digital marketing campaigns and channels based on real-time insights.\nAdapts to emerging digital trends, ensuring our company remains at the apex of our industry's ever-changing digital frontier.\nCommunicates insights with an enthusiasm that influences decision-makers to make impactful investments.\nManages time as if it’s a precious resource, prioritizing tasks with strategic foresight and a sharp focus on objectives.\nJoining Google Analytics data with MAP + CRM systems to uncover insights across user journeys and funnel conversion touchpoints and draw connections between user behavior and downstream performance outcomes.\n\n

\n\nImplement analytics breakthroughs, influencing a surge in digital marketing effectiveness through intelligent insights.\nOrchestrate data from varied sources into growth-driving strategies, accurately predicting market trends and consumer behaviors.\nProactively advise marketing leadership with impactful visual stories that underpin strategic investment and campaign decisions.\nCarve new paths in customer acquisition by leading cohort and funnel analyses that refine targeting and segmentation.\nChampion analytics education, upskilling the team, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.\n\n

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

\n\n5-10 years of experience working in Marketing or Analytics\nDemonstrated experience in leveraging website and channel performance metrics to drive impactful outcomes.\nProven competence in navigating complex datasets and converting your analytical expertise into tangible growth initiatives.\nA track record of effective collaboration, illustrated by instances where you have swayed cross-functional teams with data-driven persuasions.\nPractical knowledge in managing user acquisition and behavior analytics, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and BigQuery.\nSkilled use of at least one analytics and visualization tool, such as Tableau, R, Domo, or similar.\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL; familiarity with SAS, Python, or R will be considered advantageous.\n\n
