Our team is responsible for designing, developing & implementing products that advance Fidelity customer’s digital experiences. The Purpose of Your RoleYou will be a technical lead of a co-located scrum team(s) made up of other software engineers, quality automation engineers and systems analysts responsible for delivering key customer features.We are looking for an engineer who is versatile, always eager to take on new problems, share solutions and mentor junior engineers as we push the technology forward.You’ll serve as a bridge between our development teams and our architectural teams, providing architectural level perspectives and guidance on cross organizational integrations.

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
