As a Principal, Leadership Development, you will report to the Sr Director, Leadership Development, and will be responsible for the design and implementation of leadership development, onboarding and other employee development programs. Primary focus is to deliver programs in India with opportunities to develop, design and implement global programs in partnership with the global Talent Management and Development team.
What you’ll do:
Facilitate and deliver leadership development, employee development, and onboarding programs for India-based employees and leaders onsite and/or virtually in English and/or local language; May be called upon to teach live sessions for global leaders and employees (e.g., US, Canada, UK)
Designs, develops and implements appropriate L&D programs based on identified local needs. May partner with local external vendors to co-develop and deliver customized experiences (e.g., team-building, assessments) as per the needs of the business.
Collaborate with the global Talent Management and Development team on broader talent management initiatives
Manage relationships with HR Business Partners and business leaders in India and act as a consultant / “go-to” expert in L&D to ensure impactful learning experiences
Use program management and project management skills to drive the adoption of L&D technologies and solutions for ZI’s India-based employees
Conduct research on L&D trends and best practices to continually improve programs
Use data-driven approaches to assess needs, evaluate program impact, and suggest improvements
Support the administration of L&D technologies and solutions
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
8+ years of experience in progressively senior L&D roles, with 3-5 years focused on leadership development
Extensive experience developing L&D content and implementing programs
Experience leading team building sessions
Proficiency with learning technologies and instructional design platforms
Strong facilitation and classroom delivery skills
Excellent program planning and development abilities
Collaborative approach with strong communication and influencing skills
Data-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and business acumen
Preferred qualifications include Adult Learning certification, a relevant Master's degree, and certifications in assessment tools (e.g., Insights, MBTI, DiSC).
