About the Team

As part of Walmart Connect, you’ll build industry defining omni-channel ad platforms at scale that enable Walmart suppliers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high performing campaigns while helping shoppers discover products to enhance their shopping journey.

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager for our Store Ads Platform to reimagine the way we empower advertisers to reach customers in stores. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in helping Walmart store customers with basket building by providing contextual Ad recommendations on Store Mode App and digital screens in Store.

You’ll make an impact by

Defining customer and advertiser experience for Store Mode App and Digital screens in Walmart Stores by partnering with Store leadership, operations, Merchant teamsDeveloping and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.  Working with engineering, and Walmart partners to define the data requirements, measurement methodologies.Working with Design team and researchers to define user experience.Conducting industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in the advertising industry to identify new opportunities.Conducting customer research to define customer segments and identify needs to inform product roadmap.Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.  

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field9+ years of experience in product management, or related field4+ years of experience with Ad-Tech, Mar-TechExperience in introducing new advertising experiences or formats on App and digital screens.Experience in Self-Serve campaign management platforms and full funnel attributionExperience in Guaranteed and Non-guaranteed (Auctions) campaign deliveryListen & influence cross functional partners, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadershipExcellent communicator, presentation skills and story tellingExecution rigor - Thinking through end-to-end operations, detailed requirements for engineeringSound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritizeMust be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
