Prime Video Advertising is looking for a Principal Sponsorship Lead to set the strategy, execution and performance goals of the Advertising Sponsorship and Integrations program. This role will ensure the packages/titles brought to market are projected effectively, priced properly and launched flawlessly. This role will help set goals for the program and mechanize the program to ensure continual improvement. It will influence product prioritization, establish financial goals, internalize advertiser needs and shepherd the packages to market, assuring best-in-class sponsorship activations for our customers.
This role will work closely with Amazon Studios to ensure (i) content selection and marketing assets meet business objectives, (ii) talent is aligned with sponsorships, placements, products and integrations and (iii) the slate is mechanized upstream to allow for packaging and presentation for sales motions and keystone events (e.g. Upfronts). They will work closely with Ads GTM to ensure the program meets advertiser needs across programing, product, pricing.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop sponsorship strategy with partner teams for Sponsorship program across Content, Marketing, Product and GTM
• Contribute to managing revenue goals and other KPIs for the Prime Video Advertising Sponsorship and Integrations program
• Lead business reviews with senior leadership
• Develop/implement mechanisms to track sales pipeline/demand, manage pre-sales pitches and post-sale execution, and audit/improve results
• Influence product prioritization to meet advertiser needs for Sponsorships
• Innovate with Ads and Amazon/MGM Studios to develop exciting advertising-friendly packages against key Amazon Originals titles and editorial initiatives, inclusive of integrations, custom content and ad innovations
Basic Qualifications
- 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
- Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research
- Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $153,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $252,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
