Reporting to the Director, Treasury, the individual will perform key analytical responsibilities and approvals in the areas of capital structure, financial risk management, capital markets transactions and cash deployment strategies. This position will also provide training, oversight and management to one direct report.
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze debt structure and compliance on a monthly and quarterly basis Approve and analyze counterparty risk with banks Support Director, Treasury on capital structure planning for refinancing, acquisitions and for the budget process and provide flux analysis to forecast to accounting Develop and execute strategy for share repurchases Point of contact for all internal and external audit requests for debt and foreign exchange Annual and quarterly reporting for debt and foreign exchange for External Reporting Execute and analyze strategy for the HBI foreign exchange program Communicate with business units and develop recommendations for cash flow hedging program and trading strategy Trade execution and approval Recommendation and execution of balance sheet hedging program Month end close mark-to-market process and reporting Analyze actual vs hedged forecasts Analyze projected rates and coverage from a balance sheet and income statement perspective Foreign exchange rate development for budget process Monitor Bloomberg FX Rates that feed all financial systems Provide monthly share count and reconciliation to Accounting and Talent and Compensation Train, monitor and manage Corporate Finance Senior Analyst
Minimum Education/ Experience
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant work experience OR Master's 8+ years relevant work experience OR Doctorate 6+ years experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Education/ Experience
BS in business, finance, accounting, or economics required.
Specific Skills or Experience Required
Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excel modeling skills Experience in finance and accounting Proficiency in preparing and analyzing debt structures and compliance reports. Ability to approve interest accruals and analyze variances to budget. Expertise in annual and quarterly reporting for debt and foreign exchange. Familiarity with compliance requirements and reporting standards.
