**Summary:**
The Principal role will independently manage multiple complex enterprise initiatives or projects on behalf of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning. The role requires utilizing knowledge and skills to solve complex problems, make recommendations to leadership, and mentor junior staff. This position is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, leading teams, and delivering impactful solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
**Strategic Leadership:** Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the team and its projects. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to align strategic goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
**Project Management:** Lead and manage multiple complexes, cross-functional projects simultaneously. Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Effectively allocate resources to ensure optimal project outcomes. Oversee project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
**Client Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and other key decision-makers. Deliver exceptional client service and exceed expectations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Effectively manage and resolve client issues and concerns.
**Leading People:** Leads people toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals. Provides an inclusive workplace that fosters the development of others, facilitates cooperation and teamwork, and supports constructive resolution of conflicts. Treats sensitive or confidential information appropriately. Works to improve and reinforce performance of others. **Qualifications**
**Education Requirements:**
● Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
**Licensure/Certification Requirements:**
● None required.
**Professional Experience Requirements:**
● Seven (7) years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, healthcare administration, strategy, finance, business development, capital planning, or facilities planning) or two years at a top tier consulting firm with four (4) years of other relevant work experience.
● A minimum of five (5) years of management experience is required.
**Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:**
● Knowledge of strategic planning and business development.
● Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
● Strong analytical skills and relationship-building abilities are essential for success.
