Atlassian is looking for an Account-Based Marketing expert to join its Global Account-Based Marketing and Regional Demand Generation team within the Digital, Campaigns, and Operations (DCO) organization. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative and results-driven leader who can balance big-picture thinking with tactical program management. This leader should be deeply experienced in making data-driven decisions, while crafting end-to-end campaign journeys and customer experiences that are innovative, novel, and rooted in a customer-first mindset. The Principal ABM Manager will report to the Head of Global ABM.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Be a key relationship lead for the Global Strategic and Enterprise sales teams supported by the Atlassian ABM team
Develop and lead program strategy focusing on executives and target accounts within our Strategic and Enterprise sales segments, while developing playbooks to create memorable and engaging experiences and programming to drive executive engagement, new opportunities, and pipeline acceleration
Work closely with internal GTM functions to create and execute a calendar and strategy for high-profile events and digital/non-digital experiences for executives (VP, CXO personas), while balancing short-term execution
Work with customer marketing to identify executive champions/spokespeople and feature them in our events, thought leadership, and regional ABM plays
Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Global ABM and other marketing leaders on strategic initiatives including measurement and attribution, tech stack optimization and enablement, and management of ABM’s partnership with partners like AWS
Have a birds eye view of the ABM and Regional DG teams to optimize the ways we work and collaborate
Advocate for the ABM team to GTM leadership and speak to success and challenges
On the first day, we expect you to have:
10+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years of experience in ABM, Field Marketing, and/or C-suite/Executive marketing
Proven track record designing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns and executive events in partnership with sales in a high-growth environment
A strong track record of driving from idea to desired outcome
Experience presenting strategy and seeking buy-in from senior leadership, with proven ability to influence
Demonstrated experience partnering with internal stakeholders, while also building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, third party agencies and vendors
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners across different regions and functions
Excellent team player who values diverse perspectives and can earn stakeholder confidence quickly and exert influence
Experience working with, but not limited to, Salesforce, Demandbase, Outreach, Common Room, TechTarget Priority Engine, Reachdesk, and more
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $173,300 - $231,000
Zone B: $155,900 - $207,900
Zone C: $143,800 - $191,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
