Our client, is seeking a Principal Agilist to join their team. **Job Title:** Principal Agilist **Location:** Raleigh, NC **Pay Range:** $140,000-$230,000 **What’s the Job?** + Evangelize Agile values to promote business agility across the organization. + Identify and address systemic impediments hindering team progress. + Collaborate with fellow Agile practitioners to implement best practices. + Guide teams in visualizing and managing their work collaboratively. + Support new teams in formation, goal prioritization, and sprint commitment. **What’s Needed?** + Proven experience in developing Agile strategies aligned with organizational goals. + Expertise in collaborating on complex Agile transformations across various teams and departments. + A Deep understanding of Agile principles and organizational strategy as they apply to teams, programs, and organizations. + Advanced coaching and facilitation skills to support teams in their Agile journey. + Excellent communication skills for effective interaction and professional engagement.
