Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis or insurance industry economics OR 10 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics 4 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data, including pharmacy Contributes to the development of functional strategy Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives Desired Skills & Experience Analytical and conceptual thinking, anticipates implications and trends, develops contingency plans, identifies core issues in complex situations Effective communication and results oriented, communicates complex issues clearly to diverse audiences and secures support for initiatives Proactive learning and teamwork, continuously updates knowledge and takes responsibility for personal development What You Will Be Doing
40% Construct forecasts and strategical plans based on business data and market knowledge 30% Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools 30% create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements Daily Responsibilities 30% Provide consultation to users 40% Lead cross-functional teams 30% Analyze complex business problems
