What You'll Do

About the Role

 

As a Principal Architect at BCG Platinion, you will lead and deliver enterprise architecture solutions for BFSI clients. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities and translate them into technology capabilities. You will also define the target architecture building blocks across channels, digital enablers, applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, data, microservices, and security and recommend implementing them.

What You'll Bring

A BTech / MTech degree from a top engineering collegeAt least 14 years of experience in working on enterprise architecture for BFSI clientsExpertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAFKnowledge of emerging technologies and trends such as Lakehouse Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Microservices, etc.Relevant Cloud certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience in past positions as Technology Consultant, Enterprise Architect, Cloud ArchitectExperience in digital transformation (Strategy as well as implementation)Understanding of banking/NBFC/Insurance architectureUnderstanding of core banking/PAS/LOS/LMS productsUnderstanding of new age mobility stacks, and DevOpsStrong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teamsExcellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage client stakeholders and suppliersExperience in developing and implementing technology solutions in a complex organizationExperience in evaluating emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for the organizationGood hold on slide writing/presentation
