Job Overview
Drives the connection of strategy to ever faster product delivery. Aligns stakeholders and initiatives across the business, promotes reusable design, challenges the status quo, frames decisions, negotiates good outcomes and does what it takes to deliver. Plays a key role in shaping T-Mobile's strategic product portfolio by applying expertise in strategic analysis, business architecture, functional, technical and organizational interdependencies.

Job Responsibilities: Strategy ▪ Connects business strategies to technology domains for delivery, leveraging well-defined structure of T-Mobile business processes, products and capabilities. ▪ Captures the tactical and strategic business goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance. Innovation ▪ Acts as Innovation Evangelist. Demonstrates ability to be a thought leader in the application and scaling of new and useful ideas and mental models. Optimizes separate technologies, assets, and vertical departments to optimize the flow of products and services through entire value streams. ▪ Develops, sponsors, or supports the introduction of new and improved methods, products, procedures, or technologies. Business Architecture ▪ Applies a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the business unit in the context of the enterprise. ▪ Performs and guides rapid enterprise assessment of project and product requests. ▪ Enables consistent definition and composition of scope by domain product, process, experience or capability. ▪ Identifies impacts and competing interests across all domains. ▪ Provides overall direction, guidance and definition of business architecture to effectively support business strategy. ▪ Applies and uses business modeling methods to ensure results-oriented deliverables that can be leveraged and reused as a corporate knowledge resource available to project-level initiatives and executive decision making. ▪ Develops an integrated view of the business using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques. ▪ Develops business architecture artifacts including current state diagrams, future state diagrams, roadmaps, mapping to capability models and process frameworks, business process flows, enterprise business architecture, and metadata. ▪ Leads in identifying and implementing business architecture leading practices and adopt approaches to obtain and measure positive business outcomes from their application. ▪ Identifies gaps in data or object model and recommend appropriate changes. ▪ Communicates complex business architecture concepts in a straightforward way that demonstrates practical application and value to both business and IT. ▪ Ensures that documentation is collected, categorized and available to the team for reuse as appropriate in different projects. ▪ Reviews and assesses work for coordination, completeness and integration with broader digital architecture vision. Leadership ▪ Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of how people, processes, and technology interact to perform the fundamental activities of the business in both current and future states, and model these interactions to guide technology strategy to better achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the business. ▪ Leads moderate to complex initiatives. Organize, conduct and facilitate crossfunctional team meetings. ▪ Proactively works to reduce administrative work and improve efficiency. ▪ Works cross-functionally to understand the linkage between T-Mobile's business goals, business architectures, and requirements frameworks. ▪ Works with business leaders and act as a liaison between Business Units across TMUS enterprise and Information Technology (IT) Domains as well as other key business partners. Education: Bachelor's Degree Computer science, or related discipline In lieu of degree, equivalent industry experience may be considered. (Required) Work Experience: 7-10 years Related work experience. (Required) 4-7 years Experience in Business Analysis or Business Relationship Management roles. (Required) 2-4 years Experience functioning as an Enterprise or Business Architect. Base Pay Range: $111,200 - $200,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
