Position Overview

Autodesk is a leading global technology company that creates software products and services for the architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, automotive, media, and entertainment industries.

As we expand our Enterprise Customer Success operations across APAC, we are seeking a talented Principal Business Consultant, proficient in both Korean and English, to join our dynamic team.

Industry experience in either working directly for or delivering consulting services to architecture, engineering, and/or construction companies is essential for this position.

As a Principal Business Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to develop their digital strategies, define criteria for success, assess current processes and project performance, create business value justification for initiatives, and prepare to implement solutions that produce meaningful business results. The role requires a focus on:

Business strategyTechnology solution definitionTechnology implementation and change management approachesCommercial proposal developmentCreating and maintaining high-value client relationships based on your ability to solve their business challenges

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challengesCounsel clients on strategic transformation and innovation initiativesConduct analysis of client needs and industry trends to develop innovative solutionsUtilize solution selling techniques to position and articulate the value proposition of our solutionsLead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging Autodesk technologies to drive efficiency and growthAct as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with key client stakeholdersDemonstrate competence in strategic thinking and planning, communications, and leading boldly for results

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an applicable areaAt least 10 years of hands-on experience in relevant industriesAt least 3 years of experience working on business improvement initiatives that leverage the implementation of digital solutionsAbility to work independently to meet deadlinesWillingness to travel approximately 30% of the time

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
