Position Overview
 

Autodesk, a global leader in software products and services for architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, automotive, and entertainment industries, is expanding its Enterprise Customer Success operations in India. We are seeking a skilled Principal Business Consultant to join our team.

This role requires industry experience, particularly working with or providing consulting services to engineering service providers, construction companies, or infrastructure owners. As a Business Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to shape their digital strategies, assess current processes, define criteria for success, and deliver solutions that drive significant business outcomes.

Business strategyTechnology solution definitionTechnology implementation and change managementCommercial proposal developmentBuilding and maintaining high-value client relationships through solving business challengesCollaborate with clients to understand business objectives and challengesCounsel clients on strategic transformation and innovation initiativesAnalyze client needs and industry trends to develop innovative solutionsUse solution-selling techniques to articulate the value proposition of Autodesk solutionsLead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging Autodesk technologies for increased efficiency and growthAct as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with key client stakeholdersServe as a liaison between customer IT and business stakeholdersOversee solution development and implementation teamsRepresent Autodesk at conferences, and contribute to whitepapers and blogsStay informed on technology trends impacting customersCollaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement of reference architectures and solutionsDemonstrate proficiency in strategic thinking, planning, communications, and results-oriented leadership

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture, Construction, or EngineeringAt least 10 years of hands-on experience in relevant industriesAt least 5 years of experience working on business improvement initiatives through digital solutions in IndiaAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesWillingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
