In this role, you will be performing requirement analysis as a Business Analyst in compliance domain.
Responsibilities
• General change Management Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Exposure to Compliance book of delivery or related operational work.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to independently handle senior stakeholders.
• Running project Working groups.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Strong BA with Agile exp particularly in writing user stories, managing sprints etc needed.
• Business / Domain (e.g., Credit Risk, KYC, Loan Operations, Risk Management…)
• Compliance domain exposure preferably with employee conduct - control room and internal audit book of work exposure
• Extensive exposure to compliance domain
• Functional (e.g., Data Migration Strategy, Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile, Target Operating Model Design…)
• Business Analysis (Requirement elicitation, support solutioning in partnership with TTO/Vendor, Support UAT)
• Technical (e.g., Python, SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Java, C ...)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.
