Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Business Analyst /Product Management - GSF CABM Brand Projects
In this role, you will work closely with the PO in an agile team and will be responsible for end user (colleagues, Vendors, Agencies) adoption and asset lifecycle management. Content Steward/BA Role – Always on DAM Management
Responsibilities
• Assist with Digital Asset Rights Management, manage user queries, and develop engaging relationships with key stakeholders to promote system adoption across markets
• Work closely with waiting room librarian to support stakeholders in the upload of on-brand assets that comply with correct asset meta properties and ensure smooth hand-off to DAM waiting room.
• Support the PO in capturing stakeholder requirements/feedback for potential platform improvements.
• Test DAM configurations for all features on the Brand Centre
• Run analytics report based on approved platform analytics dashboard
• Conduct stakeholder training and engagement to support DAM enhancement roll-outs
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to work independently and able to assist team members in their strategies
• Proven experience as a business analyst.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.
