What you bring
Allianz Consulting seeks candidates with a sense of curiosity and ambition who can excel through collaboration. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems and challenges At least 5 years of consulting, corporate strategy and/or operational experience with an emphasis on Life insurance and annuities Solid Life insurance & annuity market knowledge and experience with key business processes A track record of delivering tangible value to clients as well as generating revenue for consulting services Business finance skills, e.g., standard financial modelling, business case development Program / project management experience, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders and dependencies Exhibits accountability and sense of urgency to help our clients to achieve their goals Ability to teach and mentor colleagues and help develop junior staff Embrace and apply data-driven methodologies to problem solving University degree, preferably an advanced degree from a leading institution Outstanding communications skills: Writing, producing, and presenting deliverables Demonstrable proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

The annualized base pay range for this role is $110,000-140,000. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, and the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the ATA total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, ATA also offers eligibility for an incentive-based annual bonus.
