Job Description

As a consulting agency with a creative positioning and growth, Catalyst EMEA is looking for its future CX Technology Manager/Technical Project Manager to support it in its development. The future CX Tech Manager will be a technical project manager for Catalyst's client but also as a manager in charge of business development in your area i.e. CX tech project. As part of our team, you will report to our Head of consulting from France.

 

Missions

Integrate the management team of Catalyst France and thereby contribute to our vision, strategy and development.Manage the technical parts of responses to your customers' RFPs and potentially new RFPs received (macro technical architecture, recommendations for technologies/possible market solutions, costings)Pilot the Customer and technical transformation projects that we perform for our customers.Help our customers to define their technical infrastructure and make the right technical choicesManage and nurture client relationships [build loyalty and develop the customer portfolio]Definition and redesign of Customer strategyDefinition and optimization of omnichannel customer journeysAudit of the Customer Experience IT infrastructure and design of a new IT ecosystemSelfcarization / automation of their relational systemsSupport for the opening of new relational channels and deployment of these solutionsDesign and complete transformation programsImprove operational models (optimization of productivity, optimization of commercial performance,…)Redesign / optimization of commercial acquisition systemsImplement \"Voice of the Customer\" programContribute to our business development actions:Prospecting: identification of targets, exploratory meetings, management and drafting of commercial proposals.Loyalty and development of the customer portfolioParticipate in actions to develop the notoriety of the firmMonitor and help develop our consultants (recruitment, managerial development of skills)

 

Your profile

Graduate of a Bac +5 from a major business school with 6+ years of experience in a management/strategy consulting firm, a Global System Integrator, and/or in Big 4 firms.Experience in customer experience topics (strategy/operations).Audacity, desire to participate in an intrapreneurial adventure, within a solid, recognized and growing groupImplement and lead our clients' customer transformation projectsBuild relations of trust with our customers (CxO level) and our internal interlocutors within ConcentrixTeam management: recruiting, guiding our talents to ensure the fulfillment and development of everyone.Advanced French and English skills
