Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Solutions Consultant - Process Manufacturing to join their team. As a Principal Consultant, you will be part of a specialized consulting practice supporting Fortune 500 and mid-market manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Principal Consultant - Process Manufacturing
**Location: Remote (with up to 50% travel)**
**Pay Range:** Competitive compensation package
**What's the Job?**
+ Design and implement end-to-end manufacturing processes.
+ Lead the implementation of advanced manufacturing solutions.
+ Define strategic priorities and operational goals for clients.
+ Act as a Specialist SME during sales pursuits and develop tailored proposals.
+ Stay current on industry trends and publish insights.
**What's Needed?**
+ 10+ years of experience in consulting or process manufacturing industries.
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
+ Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
+ Strong ability to assess customer needs and deliver outcomes.
+ Willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S.
