Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Scrum master/RTE - SAFe Agilist
In this role, you would play a crucial role in driving and implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile methodologies, particularly the SAFe framework, and a proven track record of successfully leading agile transformations.
Responsibilities
• Lead the adoption and implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across multiple teams and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote agile practices, ensuring alignment with SAFe principles.
• Coach teams, scrum masters, product owners, and other stakeholders in SAFe principles and practices.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help teams optimize their agile processes.
• Provide guidance on the use of agile tools and techniques to enhance team productivity.
• Work closely with leadership to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
• Will work as an RTE/related role.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills although

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.).
• Should have relevant working experience as RTE.
• SAFe Agilist certification is required.
• Experience working in Scaling Agile environments, with a focus on the SAFe framework.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams through agile transformations.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
• Experience with agile project management tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence change in a positive and collaborative manner.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
