Principal Consultant-Sr. Business Analyst with UI/UX

Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Sr. Business Analyst with UI/UX
Resource will work closely with the Product Owners, Users - Senior Risk Officers, Risk Directors to understand and participate in requirement review sessions, capture UI design requirements, user expectations, assess and provide inputs/propose possible options based on his/her expertise, experience, review of solution architecture, scope, and thorough analysis of specific process requirements for each user group
Responsibilities
• Review, analyze and evaluate business processes and systems, both new and existing
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and use data to transform raw information into valuable insights to inform decision-making
• Understand how the end user will interact with the platform
• Confirm UI requirements and work closely with business, product managers and development teams to build desired product outcomes
• Apply knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that enhance navigation, findability, and overall user satisfaction
• Prepare, present and review rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Capture final requirements and adjustments and work closely with developers

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• B. Tech/B. E/Any Graduation equivalent
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• project experience– Web Based applications, Digital platforms and workflow solutions etc.
• Experience working across workstreams – Technology, Dev Ops, Testing, Business, Product and Process Owners and is proficient in work with stakeholders to elicit requirements and develop solutions
• Strong experience in SDLC documentation and analysis. Able to review multiple BRDs, FRDs, EPICS, User Stories, process and procedure documents and engage in meaningful discussions
• Familiarity with design tools to deliver concepts and enable successful collaboration across teams
• Operate with an iterative design mindset and incorporate user feedback and insights to continuously improve the overall user experience
• Strong communication skills

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
