We are seeking a Senior Pipeline Engineer. Carollo’s vision is to be the BEST water consulting firm and you’ll find that Carollo is also the best place for you to build your career. **Responsibilities** + Conceptual and preliminary design activities including site visits, overseeing field work, alternatives analysis, and report preparation + Design of water and wastewater infrastructure pipeline projects + Perform hydraulic calculations needed to size and select project facilities + Develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various infrastructure projects + Assist with coordinating work of other discipline engineers, designers, modelers, technicians, and others assisting with project work + Review contractor submittals for conformance with contract plans and specifications and evaluate requests for information as part of engineering services during construction **Qualifications** + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to apply critical thinking to develop options and recommendations for pipeline projects + Ability to provide constructability review for pipeline design projects + Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint + 10-15 years of pipeline experience + Licensed Professional Engineer in California **Preferred Qualifications** + 20+ years of experience in pipeline design and construction + Proficiency in Microstation + Proficiency in ArcMap + Proficiency in InfoWater **Pay Range** $XX,XXX to $XX,XXX annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
