JR48738 Principal Customer Validation Engineer

Responsibilities include, but not limited to in this role.

You will work closely with Micron CXL Solutions Group worldwide, Micron Field Application Engineering Team, Micron CXL Business Unit, and APAC Customers/Partners in an agile environment. Highly in-sync with CXL-US Customer Support Validation team.You will be responsible for Micron Taiwan customers/partners engagement and collaboration, including customer site visit and support. Establish professional working relationships with customers/partners and FAEs.You will be expected to develop and/or understand customer test plans, define test methodologies, provide recommendations and solutions to customers, efficient in documentation and test reports, and may write test scripts to ensure proper operation of Micron CXL products under customer platform and environment.You will need to reproduce, analyze, and triage customer issues in customer environment and reference platforms in Micron CXL Lab.You will create demo platforms (hardware and tools) to showcase Micron CXL products to customers and tradeshows.
