Position Overview:
The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to see the battle develop collectively, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC supports a layered missile defense capability that enables an optimized response to threats of all ranges in all phases of flight. C2BMC is the force multiplier that globally and regionally networks integrate, synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations to optimize performance. C2BMC is integral to all system ground and flight tests, which verify and exercise all current and future missile defense system capabilities.
Essential Functions:
This position is responsible for the development and implementation of Cyber TPs in the NT labs, the C2BMC Testbed (CTB), and OpsInstalling, deploying, and unit testing Cyber Products (e.g., CyberArk, HBSS, ACAS, ArcSight, MFA, BigFix, Endgame, KMS, etc.)Providing redlines to COS engineers and feedback to Cyber Leadership will be required as part of position responsibilitiesDocumenting lessons learned, best security engineering practices, and industry standards will be required in daily tasks as wellThe Cyber Tools Specialist will support the Cyber Tools team as part of the Platform and Infrastructure (P&I) ARTBasic Qualifications:

An active Secret clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance5 years' experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or a related field; 3 years' experience with a master’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or a related field; or 9 years' experience in lieu of a degreeDoD 8140 certification at IAT - Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA) is requiredTechnical trouble shooting of software applications and integrating COTS products, data analytics of system vulnerabilities and mission impacts, and risk mitigation resulting in system accreditationMust have working knowledge of implementing DISA STIGs and GPOsThe position requires a strong knowledge of Cyber technology and DoD information assurance system certificationRequires hands-on experience utilizing patch management, scanning & auditing, security event monitoring, host-based security and multi-factor tools in an integrated lab environmentExcellent technical document preparation skills and verbal communications are required for presentation of technical Cyber issues and reports to Agile Release Train (ART) leadershipPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile Lifecycle utilizing Risk Management Framework (RMF) is a plusSalary Range: $115,800.00 - $173,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
