As a Principal Security Architect, you will influence and drive the security architecture for a leader in AI, graphics, and computing technology. What you’ll be doing:
Join the Information Security Architecture Team and help craft NVIDIA's enterprise security architecture to align with business objectives and the evolving cyber threat landscape.
Design, implement, and maintain flawless security architectures for key security capabilities, such as Cloud Security, Network Security, Identity and Access, Endpoint, Logging, and Monitoring.
Collaborate closely with technology owners to successfully implement security solutions across enterprise environments.
Drive the standardization of security capabilities across both on-premise and cloud environments.
Support the execution of strategic roadmaps for security services and capabilities, ensuring they compete with industry standards.
Lead the design and evaluation of innovative and industry-leading security solutions.
Provide technical leadership and proven security expertise to IT and business teams.
Partner with business units to determine potential security risks and guide teams to implement appropriate controls through comprehensive security architecture and threat modeling reviews.
Support forums and committees with management teams to develop and implement security strategies across all business units, influencing decision-making processes by interacting with executive leadership.
What we need to see:
BS/MS or equivalent experience and at least one recognized industry security certification (e.g., CISSP, GCED, CCIE–Security, cloud vendor security certifications).
15+ years of Information Security experience.
Intimate knowledge of enterprise security technologies, security architecture principles, and industry security frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS) required to secure sophisticated environments.
Deep technical knowledge of system, application, and infrastructure security architecture.
Hands-on experience with industry threat modeling frameworks and solutions.
Expertise in network security, including Zero Trust architectures, vulnerability assessment, encryption standards, and secure data handling.
Proficient in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and modern security technologies like SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, and endpoint protection.
Demonstrated experience in delivering enterprise and domain security architectures and strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and ensure security measures.

The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
