Job Summary:

As a Principal Cybersecurity you will be responsible for cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, wireless devices, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers, and our vendors/partners. Works with senior team members on various projects relating to the protection of customers, assets, data, information technology, wireless devices, and networks. Supports technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical related tasks associated with the cyber security programs. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist the Chief Security Office team to implement solutions across all AT&T's data-centric environments, including public and private cloud, datacenters, and mobile wireless devices.Develop APIs and other software-based connectors and applications, including network and web-based dashboards.Create and manage API connections and rulesets, including powering key integrations between platforms.Design and maintain metrics and delivery health reporting that will provide transparency toward planning and delivery issues and risks related to the mobile and fixed environments.Responsible for operations of data protection and security technologies, applications, and remote scanners in multiple environments.Manage advanced configurations, and fine-tuning of various data protection technologies, including on wireless devices.Create documentation for requirements, engineering diagrams, and operational installation (runbooks) to deliver infrastructure services for projects.Support internal client engagements, assessments, technical implementations, and managed operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security preferred.Requires Daily Office Presence (3-5 days a week) at one of the listed locations. No relocation assistance is provided.A minimum of 10 years working in data protection and security engineering support experience required.Previous experience and knowledge of Data Protection technologies such as BigID, Collibra, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Netskope, ZScaler, Symantec/Broadcom, Forcepoint, McAfeeMust have hands-on experience in docker containers, Kubernetes, and Azure Kubernetes services administration.Advanced knowledge of system security architecture and security solutions.4-5 years’ experience with DSPM platform administration; scanner deployments and building scan profiles.6-8 years’ experience as a Kubernetes administrator; knowledge of deployments and managing cloud-native applications in Kubernetes environments.Experience creating and managing API connections and rulesets, including powering key integrations between platforms.Knowledge of RegEx, Perl, Python, SQL, Git, Ansible, Terraform, Java, BashCollibra, Netskope, BigID, Microsoft Purview, Wiz, or Zscaler experience is essentialIndustry-standard certifications such as Security+, Network+, CISSP, CIPP, CIPM, and CISA

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

The Principal Cybersecurity earns between $141,300.00 - $237,400.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
