Telecommuting allowed for balance of week. **Job Type:** Full Time **Rate of Pay:** $177,154 per year Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.​ **Duties:** Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Developing and maintaining applications. Develop technical documentation to define the system components, development environment and implementation planning/strategies. Collaborate with team members, project managers, project owners in conceptualizing, estimating and developing existing application enhancements and new applications. Collaborate with QA team to define test cases, metrics, and resolve questions about test results. Assist in the definition of software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, providing time estimates for programming tasks and implementation plans. Create knowledge base articles of the product and case studies. Prepare project plans and roadmap. Develops and implements solutions in accordance with policies and procedures. Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s objectives, business requirements, deliverables, and specifications in collaboration with internal users and departments. Recommend business process flow improvements and clearly communicate problem/resolution process to project management. **Requirements:** Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field followed by eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Position requires one year of experience in the following: + Angular + Spring Boot + REST API + jQuery + HTML and Java 8 + Oracle and Postgres Databases + Java + PL/SQL + J2EE + Confluence + Agile Methodologies.
