Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project management is needed to characterize processes to produce products. Lead the discussion and decision on new technology introduction with the HDD team.Responsible for managing and driving failure analysis and characterization experiments, and providing recommendations based on data analysis results. Electrical performance data analysis.Component data qualification. Process Data and Failure Analysis

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Electronics, Engineering or Physical Sciences, Physics, or related field.At least 5-7 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the Electronics Industry.Having experience in Slider Fab Process or Hard Drive Technology would be an advantage.

PREFERRED:

Process Development background, Project managementData analytics by JmpSQL, Python, or Power IB will be an advantage

SKILLS:

Able to work independently and stand-alone, strong leadership, and good team playerPassion and innovativeDemonstrate a high-to-fluent level of English proficiency (spoken/reading/written).Proficient in high-level communication and presentationProblem-solving and negotiation skills.
