Principal Engineer, R&D Req ID: 77396 Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India **We are looking for LTE / 5G Physical Layer Engineer, Specialized in Signal processing Implementation, Multi-Core / Processor Frameworks, Code Optimizations, Debugging and Algorithms Improvement specializations.** As a Software Professional you can make a difference by enhancing the team capabilities by + Design and Implement the System from Hardware, Software, Inter Layers Communication perspective and Performance Perspective. + Drive the Architecture into realization, Validate and Take decisions on Hardware / Software Choices for Multi-Core / Multi-Processor, Processing splits, Performance, Latency Scalability aspects, Find the Alternate approaches for critical Customer or Field Issues. + Design and Implementation of Layer-1 Software, Mixed Signal Software, RF, FPGA/ DSP Modules and Algorithms. + Contribute to sustenance of the software by means of handling queries, RCA for field issues, defect analysis, debug & develop the solutions for customer issues. + Provide technical guidance and own troubleshooting tasks related to system level issues. + Collaborate with multi-functional teams like Quality Assurance, Customer Support, System Engineering for the end-to-end product development lifecycle. **Required Qualifications for Consideration:** + Masters/bachelor’s degree in CSE/ECE with 10+ Years of related technical experience. + Good understanding of 5G NR, LTE, LTE-A Specification, End-to-end Procedures, LTE transmits and Receive Signal Chain Processing’s. + Familiar with any of these technologies OFDM, MIMO, Beam forming, Turbo/LDPC codes, Physical channels, CPRI/eCPRI interface, ORAN. + Solid Experience in DSP Programming,optimization, debugging, profiling techniques utilizing the features of DSP architecture. + Good knowledge on Signal Processing concepts and Layer – 1 theories, Multi-Core and Multi-Processor hardware architecture, Interfaces, and Implementation + Working Knowledge on Test equipment’s like UE Simulator, VSA / VSG, Logic Analyzer and Network Analyzer. + Good Programming skills in C, C++, MATLab, assembly language and code optimization techniques. + Should have in depth knowledge of 3GPP layer 1 specifications & Algorithms for 4G /NB-IoT/5G, ORAN Split definitions. + Must be having 90% of the overall experience in the 4G/5G Layer-1 development. **Learn more about how we're on a quest to connect the future and build what's next.** **Job Segment:** R&D Engineer, R&D, Network Security, Testing, QA, Engineering, Research, Security, Technology, Quality
