Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com. **In this role, you will:** + Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence applications, network, information security, database, operating systems, or web technologies for highly complex business and technical needs across multiple groups + Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking + Translate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions + Provide strategic advice to leadership and partners to ensures alignment with the organization's goals and addresses highly complex business and technical needs across multiple groups. Offer expert guidance on the adoption and implementation of innovative technologies, ensuring the organization stays ahead of industry trends and maintains a competitive edge. + Help evaluate and deliver break-fix and long-term solutions that demand vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking. + Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies that address current and future technological needs, ensuring the organization's technology stack is robust, scalable, and future-proof. + Leverage advanced technology experience and deep knowledge of the organization's tactical and strategic objectives to translate technological opportunities and requirements into effective engineering solutions. + Bridge the gap between technological advancements and business goals, ensuring that engineering solutions drive business success and enhance operational efficiency. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies. Recommend and implement innovations that enhance operations, improve efficiencies, and provide a competitive advantage. + Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership **Required Qualifications:** + 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 5+ years of Salesforce Experience + 3+ years of experience with Oracle or Mongo DB + 3+ years experience with Javascript + 3+ years experience creating observability solutions using tools like Splunk, Elastic, ThousandEyes, AppDynamics, etc **Desired Qualifications:** + Engineering Management experience or equivalent leadership experience + Experience creating and implementing application architectural designs + 2+ years with Informatica or similar ETL Tools + Working knowledge of Autosys + 2+ years experience with Java development + Experience with cloud technologies like Openshift, PCF, etc **Job Expectations:** + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship + Expectation of at least 3 days per week in office **Job Location** : 2600 S Price Rd - Chandler, Arizona 85286 333 Market St - San Francisco, California 94105 **Pay Range:** San Francisco – Pay Range: $144,400 – $300,000 **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
