Explore and implement AI/ML capabilities for predictive billing, denial management, and claims analytics.

Stay ahead of emerging trends in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and containerization to maintain a competitive edge in RCM software development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle management or related domains.

Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Azure cloud services, and SQL Server.

Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes, for managing scalable and portable deployments.

Strong knowledge of RCM workflows, including billing, coding, claims submission, payment processing, and denial management.

Proven experience integrating with EHR, PMS, and pharmacy management systems.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

Experience with AI/ML technologies for enhancing RCM processes.

Knowledge of payer-provider ecosystems, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance workflows.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.

Good understanding of basic accounting principles, general ledger accounting, and double-entry bookkeeping.
