DUTIES: Provide software solutions to business problems unique to the company’s frontline operations. Create solutions for billing integration activities that involve multiple projects and organizations. Interpret user needs, design functional architecture, and identify automation opportunities. Oversee software systems and provide technical assistance and advice to simplify the customer experience. Oversee coding and testing, resolve incidents, and collaborate to solve problems. Identify skills and assign tasks, lead design meetings, provide feedback, recommend enhancements to the team, and improve efficiency. Worksite locations: 7910 Crescent Executive Dr, Charlotte, NC 28217 and 8333 Forest Point Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28273.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any), Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; 5 years of experience using C# to build software applications on .Net framework; using ASP .Net Web API to build HTTP services and RESTful applications; and using JIRA, Scrum, Agile, or Kanban methodologies to support SDLC.

SALARY: $127,171 to $178,600 per year

HOURS: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40+ hours/week)
