Lead and coordinate the testing activities.

Design and develop test plans and test cases specific to electronic boards. Execute and supervise manual and automated tests. Identify, document, and track defects in the product. Collaborate with development and production teams to resolve issues. Support to suppliers for the development and implementation of tests on equipment. Participate in design and manufacturing Test process. Ensure that product meet quality standards and customer requirements. Train and guide team members in testing procedures. Work on continuous improvement projects to improve FTT (First Time Through) and Cycle Time of test equipment.Implementations of new tests on existing equipment
