Key responsibilities:

Quality assurance, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production SMT process. Implementing effective quality control measures to ensure product consistency and reliability. Process optimization, optimizing production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity. Identify and eliminating bottlenecks to streamline workflows. Risk management, minimizing risks to product quality by identifying potential issues and implementing proactive mitigation strategies. Ensuring that risk management practices align with industry regulations and organization standards. Continuous improvement, driving ongoing improvements in production operations through continuous assessment and refinement of processes. Identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation to enhance product quality and efficiency. Compliance and regulatory adherence, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Cross-functional collaboration, fostering collaboration with other department such as MP&L, AME, to align production activities with broader organizational goals. Promoting effective communication and coordination across different functional areas to achieve common objectives. Follow all relevant EHS procedure and instructions which are applicable for respective workplace or activity.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics or related fields. 10+ years of experiences in SMT, products launch for automotive. Strong electronic skills / ESD standard Good command in English both written and spoken
