The Operations & MM Remanufacturing team at ZF focuses on implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes. They collaborate with various departments within ZF Group, including Performance Management, Project Management, and Commercial Excellence, to drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing.

What you can look forward to as Principal Engineer Manufacturing Implementing Industry 4.0 concepts, including IoT, AI, and automation. Developing and maintaining partnerships with companies, research institutions, and suppliers. Adapting to dynamic changes in technology, regulations, and customer expectations. Integrating digital technologies into manufacturing processes. Standardizing CAPEX planning and requisitions. Supporting the creation of standards for RFQs, RFIs, and technical specifications.
  Your Profile as Principal Engineer Manufacturing Strong engineering background in mechanical or process engineering (5+ years). Experience in implementing new manufacturing technologies. Ability to lead and adapt to changes in technology and business environments. Organizational and self-organization skills. Proficiency in English.
