Job Description A SaaS workforce management company is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to their team. As a Principal Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the design and development of new SaaS applications as well as manage a small team of developers. The role is hybrid to downtown Boston, and is a fulltime direct hire. The company has invested in helping the enterprise space optimize workforce capabilities. Their platform identifies what skills workers have, identifies skills gaps, and ensures tasks are completed safely and effectively. Ideal candidates are skilled backend C#/.NET focused developers who can do significant work on their SQL database and have a deep understanding of Azure technologies.
